Asbestos Surveyor – up to £46,000 + Benefits. Romford, Essex. A growing asbestos management consultancy seeks an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to cover projects across the M25 corridor and Kent. This offers a strong regional patch with limited Central London travel and projects across North London, South London, and Kent.

• Carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys
• Undertake bulk sampling on residential and domestic properties
• Produce detailed asbestos survey reports in line with HSG
  264 guidance
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and site teams
• Ensure all work is completed in line with current asbestos legislation and UKAS standards

• BOHS P402 qualification or RSPH Level 3 equivalent
• Previous experience carrying out asbestos surveys across domestic and residential properties
• Strong understanding of current asbestos legislation and HSG
  264 guidance
• Experience using TEAMS or similar asbestos reporting software
• Good IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel across the South East region

• Basic salary of up to £46,000 depending on experience
