Rec Xchange in East London is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial management of highways and civil engineering projects. You will ensure accurate valuations, control costs and maximise margins on live schemes within a fast-paced contracting environment.
You’ll collaborate with Contracts Managers, Project Managers and clients, manage subcontractor procurement and final accounts, and drive delivery through sound commercial judgment and proactive risk management.
