This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established contractor on a portfolio of social housing voids and planned works, where your commercial expertise will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.

The Role As a Voids Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of multiple repairs and refurbishment contracts, including void properties. You will work closely with operational teams to ensure cost control, value for money, and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the full commercial lifecycle of voids and refurbishment projects
