Assistant Quantity Surveyor - East London - £35,000 Plus
My Client is a specialist subcontractor and leaders in the Facade Industry now require a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You will be required to work across multiple projects valued up to £5 Million.
Key Responsibilities:- Pricing variations
- Carry out site measurements
- Knowledge of pricing variations
- Roofing knowledge (Advantage)
- Commercially aware
- Ability to manage valuation dates
