O'Neill and Brennan is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team in Romford on a long-term freelance basis, with the potential for permanent employment. You will take commercial responsibility for social housing maintenance and refurbishment works, liaising with project teams to ensure successful delivery.
Applicants should have proven QS experience in main contracting, especially on social housing schemes for local authorities.
