As a Learning Support Assistant in Havering, you may be:

Supporting a child with an EHCP on a 1:1 basis
Working as a general classroom Learning Support Assistant
Assisting pupils with communication and emotional regulation
Helping deliver structured interventions
Supporting positive behaviour strategies
