, who are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their teams.

This SEN Teaching Assistant opportunity suits someone who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and wants to work in environments that value inclusion and structured support.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant in Havering, your responsibilities may include:

• Providing 1:1 support for pupils with Autism or SEMH
• Delivering targeted interventions as a small group SEN Teaching Assistant
• Supporting children with EHCPs
• Assisting the class teacher with differentiated learning strategies
• Helping regulate behaviour using positive reinforcement techniques

Schools are particularly keen to appoint a confident SEN Teaching Assistant who can remain calm under pressure and maintain clear boundaries while being nurturing and supportive.

• Experience with in primary or specialist SEN schools
• Strong understanding of Autism and behavioural support strategies
• Resilient, patient and emotionally intelligent
• Available immediately or for upcoming half-term placements
• Open to flexible daily supply or long-term roles
