Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide essential classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2. The successful Learning Support Assistant will work with pupils who may require additional academic or behavioural support to help them thrive.

The Learning Support Assistant will:

Deliver targeted interventions in core subjects
Support pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis
Work collaboratively with teachers and the SENCO
Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere

This Learning Support Assistant role would suit someone who is caring, adaptable and passionate about education.
