We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEMH Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our secondary schools in Romford. StartingImmediately, you will play a critical role in supporting students, helping them engage positively with their education and achieve their full potential.

• Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEMH needs.
• Assist teaching staff in creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
• Implement personalized learning plans and strategies.
• Use de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe and positive atmosphere.
