• Inclusion Support:
  Assist students with SEND (including ADHD, Autism, and Speech and Language needs) to engage with their lessons.
• Behaviour Mentoring:
  Work with students who face social and emotional challenges, helping them stay on track and build confidence.
• Collaboration:
  
  Partner with classroom teachers to modify learning materials and ensure every student feels included.
• Personal Development:
  Run small group interventions to improve literacy, numeracy, and social skills.

• Experience:
  
  Background in youth work, care, sports coaching, or education is preferred.
• Mindset: A positive, can-do attitude and a high level of resilience.
• Communication:
  Ability to communicate effectively with students who may have complex needs.
• Commitment:
  Available for full-time hours (Mon-Fri) during term time.
• DBS:
  Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness for a new one).

• Competitive Daily Rate: GBP
  90 - GBP
  110 per day.
