Protocol Education are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in Romford
.
The successful candidate will be confident working across different year groups
, supporting pupils and delivering engaging lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
- Work across different year groups within a primary setting
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and cover classes when required
- Support pupils with their learning and development
- Manage classroom behaviour confidently and positively
- Work closely with teachers and school staff
- Provide additional support to pupils where needed
- Help create a positive and engaging learning environment
- HLTA qualification or relevant experience
- Previous experience working within a primary school
- Confident supporting and teaching different year groups
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic
- Available to work full-time

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
