Medical Field Service Engineer responsible for the service, repair, breakdown and maintenance of highly advanced X‑ray, CT and MRI medical imaging systems installed at hospitals and healthcare centres within Essex and East London.

Base salary £42000–£45000 plus overtime and bonus, with earnings up to £50000. The role includes a company car, competitive benefits package comprised of healthcare, a generous contributory pension scheme, phone, laptop and other standard provisions.

Full product training provided – no medical equipment experience required

• Provide on‑site service, repair, breakdown and maintenance of X‑ray, CT and MRI medical imaging systems.
• Diagnose faults, perform corrective actions and document all activities accurately.
• Interact professionally with customers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and report incidents/repair trends to the national team.

• Experience as a field service engineer in medical devices, laboratory equipment, semiconductor or related electronic/industrial sectors.
• Impeccable customer‑service skills and a confident, professional demeanour in customer‑facing environments.
• Strong technical competence with electronic, electrical or mechanical diagnostic equipment preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Essex and East London area.
