About the Role
We are recruiting Caring, Reliable and Well‑Presented individuals to join our NHS‑aligned domiciliary care team. You will be supporting people in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity through high‑quality personal and practical care.
This role is ideal for someone with a naturally warm, personable manner. No previous care experience is required — full training is provided.

Essential Requirements

To apply , you must meet all of the following:

• Full UK driving licence

• Access to your own motor vehicle for work

• Valid and unrestricted Right to Work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship)

• Ability to work in Romford, Brentwood, Chelmsford, Dagenham or Basildon

• Well presented, polite, and able to communicate clearly

• A genuine caring nature and desire to support vulnerable people

What You’ll Be Doing

• Visiting service users in their homes across your local area

• Providing personal care, companionship and emotional support

• Assisting with meals, medication prompts and daily living tasks

• Supporting mobility and promoting independence

• Recording notes and communicating effectively with the wider care team
