About the RoleYou will lead and develop our recruitment and employee services team, ensuring high performance and a professional, customer-focused approach. This role is pivotal in supporting workforce planning, managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns, and overseeing employment lifecycle administration, supporting payroll and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, including executive-level positions.
- Provide expert advice to managers on recruitment strategies and compliance.
- Oversee onboarding, payroll transactions, and workforce data management.
- Ensure governance processes for professional registrations, right-to-work checks, and DBS compliance.
- Lead and support the recruitment and transactional services team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within healthcare, charity, or public sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and HR systems.
