• Previous recruitment experience (preferred)
• Experience in healthcare or social care recruitment (desirable)
• Strong candidate sourcing skills
• Self-motivated and target driven
• Excellent communication skills

• Up to 30% commission
• Remote, or Office based working
• Flexible hours
