Responsibilities- Handle LCL consolidated import shipments from origin to final delivery
- Assist with consolidation planning and learnend-to-end consolidation processes
- Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines,and internal teams
- Monitor shipment progress and update customer son status and timelines
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation within internal systems
- Support customs clearance processes in collaboration with internal customs teams
- Provide administrative and operational supportto senior operators
Skills Required:
- Previous experience in import operations (LCLexperience preferred)
- Strong interest in learning and developing consolidation expertise
- Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the role
- Basic to strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems
