Caretaker, Building Maintenance

Site Caretaker required on a temporary basis to work 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 6am - 6pm. Pay per hour will be £15.67.

Please do not apply for this position if you do not hold an Enhanced DBS certificate, which must be dated no more than 3 years ago.

Duties:

Security and supervision of the site and equipment
Portering duties
Cleaning and maintenance
All other school keeper, caretaker, site keeper tasks

Benefits:

£15.67 per hour Experience required:

Previous caretaking, school keeper, site keeper experience is desirable
Multi-trades, maintenance, repairs, plumbing, electrical, painting and decorating experience will be highly considered
Current enhanced DBS check
