Registered Nurse – Barley croft Care Home, Romford
Barley croft Care Home is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a nursing home environment.
Salary: £23.39 per hour
Location: Romford RM7 9LD

Role Purpose
As a Registered Nurse, you will support the Home Manager and senior team in ensuring the safe and effective running of the home. You will provide high standards of nursing care, promote resident wellbeing, and ensure compliance with NMC standards and CQC requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess residents’ care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans.
- Maintain accurate and complete nursing documentation.
- Administer medication safely in line with NMC guidelines and company policies.
- Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing and report any concerns.
- Provide leadership and support to care staff.
