Linzi is a fast-paced, fashion-forward footwear brand designing stylish, affordable shoes in-house and producing them in our own factories. As we grow our e-commerce channels, we're looking for a Marketplace Merchandiser to help drive performance across our third-party platforms.

The Role

As Marketplace Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing stock, listings, and trading performance across all third-party marketplaces. You’ll work closely with the buying, e-commerce, and warehouse teams to ensure products are launched on time, stock is optimised, and sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings across all marketplace platforms.

Ensure accurate product data, pricing, and imagery are uploaded in line with brand standards.

Monitor stock levels and make recommendations for replenishment or markdowns.

Optimise listings to improve visibility, conversion, and sales performance.

Analyse sales reports and trading data to identify opportunities and take action.

Work with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch.

Collaborate with buying and e-commerce teams to align seasonal launches and stock availability.

Support onboarding of new marketplace platforms or integrations.

About You

2+ years’ experience in merchandising.
Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
Confident working with stock systems and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, pivot tables, Google Sheets, Shopify, Mirakl).
Commercially minded with an understanding of product lifecycle and trading performance.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
