Overview of the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Sales Executive to help our recruitment, consulting, and accounting services expand by finding new leads, getting new clients, and developing existing accounts.

This job involves working with clients and includes sales, managing relationships, and coordinating with internal delivery teams.

Sales and Business Development are two of the most important jobs.

Find and grow new business prospects in areas including consulting, accountancy, and hiring.

Get leads by cold calling, networking, online platforms, and referrals.

Create and keep track of an organised sales funnel from lead to close

Hold meetings with clients and talk about the services you offer.

Write proposals and help with business negotiations

Keep precise data in your CRM systems

Managing Relationships with Clients

Be the main point of contact for the clients you are given

Understand what the client needs and suggest the best options.

Work with the hiring and consulting teams to make sure the delivery goes smoothly.

Follow up on what customers say and look for chances to upsell or cross-sell.

Outreach and Marketing

Help with promotional initiatives and social media campaigns

Go to job fairs, networking events, and meetings with clients.

Help with making content and outreach efforts

Administration and Reporting

Keep an eye on sales and send out regular reports on how well things are going.

Keep records of customer paperwork and interactions

Skills and Experience Needed

Experience in B2B or B2C sales, company development, or working with clients is a plus.

Good at talking, negotiating, and giving presentations

Ability to connect with those who make decisions

Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools

Driven by results and good at organising and following up

Being able to work alone and handle many tasks at once
