Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer who is enthusiastic about creating beautiful and functional spaces, particularly in kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms.

In this role, you will not only showcase your design expertise but also play a vital role in the sales process by effectively communicating the value of our services to customers. Your exceptional customer service skills will ensure that our clients receive the best experience possible. While the role is primarily office-based, occasional visits to customer sites will be required to better understand clients' needs and preferences.

Key Requirements Include:

* Prior sales experience as an Interior Designer, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

* Passion for your work and design, with a deep understanding of current trends and styles in kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom design.

* Portfolio of completed projects, showcasing your creativity, technical skills, and ability to bring design concepts to life.

* Clear communication and excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas and build rapport with clients.

* Active listening skills and attention to detail, ensuring that client preferences and needs are understood and incorporated into the design process.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills, to effectively juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and client interactions.

* Respect for differing opinions, styles, and financial situations, to tailor designs to meet each client's unique tastes and budget constraints.

* Ability to embrace and embody company values and culture

Main

Duties Include:

* Provide an outstanding 1-2-1 service to retail customers, establishing rapport and building lasting relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

* Engage with customers from the initial enquiry through to the delivery of the product, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

* Design kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms for customers, bringing their vision to life in a face-to-face capacity and incorporating their preferences and budget constraints.

* Utilize other products in-store to increase sales, upselling and cross-selling complementary items to enhance the overall design and functionality of the space.

* Provide guidance and advice on the latest products and designs, staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to offer the best solutions to customers.

* Offer a consultative service to customers, actively listening to their needs and preferences to tailor design recommendations accordingly.

* Provide any technical information as required, explaining product features, warranties, and installation requirements in a clear and understandable manner.

* Close customers effectively after providing quotes, utilizing persuasive selling techniques to secure sales and meet revenue targets.

* Visit customers in their home for consultations and measurements, ensuring accurate specifications and a thorough understanding of the space for optimal design solutions.

* Project management, overseeing the design process from concept to completion, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

* Achieve sales and service targets at all times, consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
