About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Maintenance AC Engineer to join our growing team. This is a field-based role covering Essex and the London region, providing service, maintenance, and breakdown support on a wide range of commercial air conditioning systems.

You'll be working across a variety of sites including offices, retail units, and commercial premises, ensuring systems are operating efficiently and in line with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on split systems, VRV/VRF, AHUs, and FCUs.

* Diagnose and repair faults on HVAC systems.

* Carry out system checks, fault finding, and efficiency tests.

* Maintain accurate records of work completed via a mobile device.

* Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

* Comply with health and safety policies and site regulations.

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent).

* F-Gas certification (2079 CAT 1 essential).

* Proven experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
