A Role Where Support, Progression & Purpose Come Together
When one of our team members joined
SV Care
six months ago, they quickly realised this wasn’t like other organisations they’d worked for.
What stood out first was the
genuine level of support
. From access to a dedicated
Welfare and Development Officer to approachable, hands‑on senior leaders, SV Care puts staff wellbeing and growth at the heart of everything it does. The Responsible Individual regularly visits the homes, offers guidance, and remains consistently available — creating a culture where staff feel supported, not isolated. Even early on, meaningful conversations about development and progression take place. At SV Care, growth isn’t delayed — it’s encouraged.
