- Our three-year programme, starting in September 2026
, combines hands-on training with classroom learning. - Earn an IMI NVQ Level 3 in either LCV or HGV vehicle Maintenance and Repair (depending on work location).
- Comprehensive training delivered by an industry-leading provider (travel and accommodation included).
- Starting salary of £17,997 increasing annually.
- Starter toolkit, PPE, and invaluable experience working with Royal Mail’s state-of-the-art fleet.
With a fleet of 50,000 vehicles, including 6,000 HGVs and trailers

Entry RequirementsTo apply, you’ll need:
- Three GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths, English, and Science at grade C/4 or higher.
Once you’ve applied for the role, we’ll carry out eligibility checks to confirm whether you’ll be invited to a face-to-face assessment centre.
