As a KS1 class teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping children’s early educational journeys. Key responsibilities
As Primary Teacher you will be responsible for:
Plan and deliver engaging, purposeful lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum. Create a warm, stimulating and well-organised classroom environment. Use assessment to track progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs. Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues, contributing to the positive reputation of our Romford school. Participate actively in team planning, professional development and wider school initiatives. Maintain high standards of behavior, achievement and personal development.
