What You’ll Be Doing Engage with senior stakeholders to elicit, analyse and validate business requirements.
Translate complex business needs into clear, concise documentation, requirements and user stories.
Collaborate with architects, engineers and delivery teams to shape innovative, secure and scalable solutions.
Support the design and implementation of Target Operating Models and transformation roadmaps.
Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement sessions.
Contribute to business process reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Support bids and proposals, providing insight and clarity to complex client challenges.
What You’ll Bring We’re looking for individuals who combine strong analytical thinking with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a genuine interest in national security.
Ideally, you’ll have experience or knowledge in some of the following areas:
Experience as a Business Analyst within secure or complex environments, such as Defence, Intelligence or Law Enforcement.
A strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies, including BABOK, Agile, Waterfall or SAFe.Experience in business process modelling, using techniques such as BPMN or UML, alongside requirements management tools.
The ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive, delivery-focused mindset, with a commitment to quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
