£95,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Pension + 25 Days Holiday

Blaymires Recruitment is representing a leading Surveying and Consultancy practice based near Romsey, Hampshire, which is seeking a Partner to join its growing building Surveying division.

The consultancy partners closely with clients to assess and manage cladding combustibility risk, building defects, and remedial issues. Their client base includes social housing providers, landlords, private consortiums, and management companies.

They are now looking for a Partner to lead and support the existing Report Writing Building Surveying team. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the direction of a well-established consultancy while advancing your own career as a strategic leader.

Role Overview

* Lead a wide range of Building Surveying projects across the commercial and residential sectors.

* Oversee and mentor a team of surveyors and graduates, ensuring high-quality technical delivery.

* Support the Regional Director with business development and team management.

* Contribute to internal quality assurance and best practice initiatives.

* Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic growth and business planning.

Requirements

* Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS).

* Proven experience delivering commercial and/or residential projects.

* Strong leadership or team management background.

* Excellent report writing, client-facing, communication, and business development skills.

* Based within commuting distance of Romsey.

* Salary up to £95,000.
