You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and construction teams to ensure projects achieve the highest standards of compliance, quality, and delivery. • Convert design proposals into accurate technical drawings and construction information
• Prepare detailed working drawings, specifications, and schedules for residential and mixed‑use projects
• Oversee and coordinate the technical delivery of projects from early design through to completion
• Ensure all documentation complies with current Building Regulations, planning policies, and quality benchmarks
