Are you an Urban Designer or similar with UK residential experience looking to take the next step in your career?
Do you want to help shape high-quality residential and community spaces while working within a collaborative and forward-thinking design team?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, design-led architectural practice. You will play a key role in the creation of innovative outdoor residential and community environments, contributing to projects from early feasibility through to master planning and detailed design strategies.

In this role you will work closely with the wider team, you will prepare and oversee conceptual urban design work, development briefs, and planning documentation while managing delegated projects in respect of timescales and client liaison

This role would suit an Urban Designer or similar who enjoys balancing creativity with technical understanding and is keen to progress within a supportive and ambitious practice.

The Role:

Prepare and oversee conceptual urban design proposals, feasibility studies, and masterplans
Produce development briefs, design strategies, and supporting planning documentation
Liaise with clients and collaborate with internal design teams to deliver cohesive schemes (Mon-Fri - Hybrid - Flexi Hours)

The Person :

UK-based experience within an architectural practice on residential or mixed-use projects for national house builders or housing developers
Recognised Urban Design qualification
Commutable to Romsey Reference: BBBH
