Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a real difference in the classroom? Teaching Personnel are seeking a flexible and dedicated Ad Hoc Learning Support Assistant to work with schools in the Romsey area.

• Provide 1:1 and small‑group support to pupils with additional learning needs
• Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Offer emotional, behavioural, and academic support as required
• Work on an ad hoc, flexible basis depending on school needs

• Someone patient, reliable, and enthusiastic
• Experience with in a school or care setting (desirable but not essential)
• A willingness to support pupils of varying abilities
• Someone able to start ASAP
