Manufacturing Engineer | Romsey | £375 per day

As a Manufacturing Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting DFMA, NPD and NPI activities across production and supply chain
Leading PFMEA and risk mitigation for product designs and manufacturing processes
Driving problem resolution using Lean and Six Sigma tools
Identifying and implementing manufacturing, assembly and testing processes for new products
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and process optimisation
As a Manufacturing Engineer, your experience will include:

Proven knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous improvement techniques
Experience leading change management projects and cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of electronic and mechanical assembly principles
Familiarity with MRP systems (IFS advantageous)
Excellent problem-solving skills (8D, RCA, DMAIC) and communication abilities
