Copello is partnering with a defence engineering and technology company to recruit an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager. You will lead the Manufacturing Engineering function, support New Product Introduction, drive DFMA, and implement Lean principles across the business.
You will work with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to identify improvements, resolve manufacturing challenges and develop robust processes for growth. UK SC clearance is required.
