Bupa is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor for Knights Grove Care Home, North Baddesley, near Southampton. The role is 40 hours per week with alternate weekends, paying £13.40 per hour. You will lead a team of housekeepers and ensure a spotless, welcoming environment for residents.
Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping and laundry staff, rotas, training, and stock management while collaborating with maintenance and management teams to uphold the highest cleanliness standards.
