Assembly and Test Technician
Romsey - Onsite
£215 per day Inside IR35
6-month contract

I'm recruiting for an experienced Assembly and Test Technician to support the assembly, testing and commissioning of specialist electronic products within a defence engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities- Electromechanical assembly of electronic products.
- RF testing of PCBAs and system sub-assemblies.
- Using automated and manual test equipment.
- Fault finding and repairing non-conforming products.
- Commissioning and final acceptance testing of systems.
- Recording test results and maintaining technical documentation.
- Hands-on electromechanical assembly experience.
- Experience using a range of automated and manual test equipment.
- Basic understanding of electronic principles.
- Fault-finding and troubleshooting experience.
RF testing experience would be advantageous.
