The Guest Service Agent is responsible for processing check‑ins and check‑outs, securing payment, verifying and adjusting billing, and assisting guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. The role anticipates guest needs, exceeds expectations, and implements creative solutions to provide exceptional service while complying with brand standards.
Responsibilities- Process guest check‑ins and check‑outs.
- Secure payment and verify billing information.
- Adjust invoices and manage billing adjustments.
- Assist guests with reservations and special requests.
