Apply to the CLT / Clinical Lab Technician – Primary Care position at the University of Washington in Issaquah. This role is part-time 80% FTE covering Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts (Day Shift).
Signing Bonus: $3,000 for eligible new employees joining UW Medicine.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine and stat laboratory tests using automated or semi‑automated equipment, kit assays, and microscopic evaluations.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and testing methods, including working with manufacturer’s customer service personnel when needed.
- Organize workload to meet service demands efficiently and accurately without direct supervision.
- Conduct quality control analyses on all tests and determine parameters within established ranges.
- Train and demonstrate routine laboratory techniques to new employees in coordination with the CLT Lead.
- May send out letters to patients, as delegated by clinic leadership, with lab results or overdue reminder letters for appointments.
- Eligible for Medical Assistant‑Phlebotomist certification within 90 days of hire (Washington State Department of Health).
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum one‑year relevant experience or training in a clinical laboratory or medical setting.
- Pay Range: $25.06 – $36.45 per hour.
- Additional Compensation: $3,000 sign‑on bonus, overtime eligible.
