Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP System Administrator to manage and optimize our Fusion ERP environment.

Responsibilities
  • Administration of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP – Financials, including AP, AR, Cash Management, Contracts, Expenses.
  • Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP application metadata, data dictionary, provisioning, and configuration.
  • Design and implement business process workflows, database architecture, functional/technical design specifications, and data conversions, transformations, and migrations.
  • Apply and maintain Oracle Fusion Security controls.
  • Develop and maintain complex reports and interfaces/integrations.
  • Lead full Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects covering requirements, design, testing, and roll‑out.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and Oracle for environment maintenance, refresh schedules, and outages.
  • Train internal staff and work with third‑party vendors.
Minimum Required Competencies
  • Broad business background, strong interpersonal communication skills, and thorough understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion Security control, complex report writing, and interfaces/integration development.
  • 5+ years ERP Administration Experience.
  • 3+ years managing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP application metadata, data dictionary, provisioning, and configuration.
  • 3-5 years experience with business process workflows, database architecture, functional/technical design specifications, software development, data conversions, transformations, and data migration and business data management.
  • Demonstrated experience in multiple business processes, architecting and designing technology solutions, and managing cross‑functional teams, vendor management.
  • Willingness to train internal staff and work with third‑party vendors and Oracle to manage maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.

  • Oracle Financials Cloud Implementation Professional
  • Oracle Payroll Cloud Implementation Professional
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Implementation Professional
  • Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Implementation Professional
Education Qualifications
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in software engineering/computer science or equivalent.
