Position: Mechanical Technician
Location: Romulus, MI

• Overall appreciation for the whole vehicle, including chassis component assembly and installation, and general vehicle assembly.
• Removal and installation of vehicle components.

• Vehicle disassembly and assembly (powertrain, exterior, interior).
• Manage parts inventory and accurately execute Build Sheets.
• Communicate with team and customer.
• Provide own tools and work with minimal instruction.
• Troubleshoot vehicle wiring.
• Tear down and rebuild complete vehicle assemblies.
• Steering and suspension installation.
• Brake line rebuild and installation.
• Vacuum and refill A/C systems.
• Drain, fill and bleed coolant systems.

• Continuous standing, walking, bending.
• Repetitive lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
