Due to our continued growth, we are currently hiring for an experienced:
PLC and Automation Technician Responsibilities:- Maintain support and programming of PLCs, HMIs, robots, vision systems, and other automation components.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and build manufacturing controls.
- Ability to program and build PLC Controls and automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair automation equipment and machines.
- Troubleshoot and repairs mechanical, pneumatic and electronic equipment including programmable controls.
- Assist maintenance personnel with troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
- Maintain PLC based control systems for manufacturing automation.
- Collaborate with cross functional team to develop and implement automation solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues.
- Calibrate and adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Ability to work independently and develop procedures and processes, as well as train/coach manufacturing and technical personnel.
Experience:
- Programmable logic controllers: 2-5 years
-required - Manufacturing Automation: 3-5 years required
- Familiarity with Allen Bradley/Rockwell controls and software - 3-5 years required
- PLC hardware and software-3-5 years required
- HMI hardware and software
-3-5 years required
Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed
Afternoon Shift - 6:00pm - 2:30am
Wage Range - $32.00 to $38.00 dollars per hour depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
8 hour shift
Evening shift
Monday to Friday
Overtime
Weekends as needed
