Check and verify driver credentials, load documents, and trailer numbers for accuracy;
Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring compliance with security procedures;
Communicate with dispatch, warehouse staff, and drivers to coordinate gate operations;
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for proper documentation and report discrepancies;
Maintain accurate logs of vehicle entries, exits, and freight movement;
Enforce company policies & safety regulations at the gate.
