We’re seeking a dependable and motivated CDL Driver / General Laborer to support the transportation and logistics of modular housing units. This hybrid role combines driving expertise with hands‑on labor, offering a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to contribute to innovative housing solutions.

• Safely transport completed modular units from the production facility to designated storage sites
• Sequence and organize modular units at storage locations for efficient site delivery
• Assist in preparing units for final delivery, including inspection and staging
• Collaborate with skilled trades within the factory to support modular unit production
• Flexibly support other work areas as needed to meet operational demands

• Valid CDL license with a clean driving record
• Ability to perform general labor tasks in a physically active environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
• High School diploma or related field preferred
• One (1) year experience in the building trades field preferred
