Job Overview

Relay Express is looking for diligent Box Truck Drivers to perform local deliveries primarily to post offices in the Romulus area. The role requires the use of a pallet jack for loading/unloading and physical effort. Consistent weekday work with weekend opportunities to earn extra money ensures a balanced work‑life schedule.

• Monday through Friday – Weekend availability is a plus.
• Start time: 9:00 am.

• Mileage‑based pay: $0.60 per loaded mile, $0.30 per unloaded mile.

• Conduct local deliveries to Romulus area post offices.
• Utilize a pallet jack for loading and unloading packages efficiently.
• Manage local pick‑ups, delivering goods back to our facility for unloading.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment in compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Medical fitness:
  Current DOT Medical Card.
• Experience:
  
  At least 6 months of verifiable experience driving a box truck in a commercial setting.
• Driving record:
  Clean motor vehicle report.
• Background check:
  Must pass a background check.

• Fleet:
  Drive reliable 2022 or newer model box trucks with roadside assistance included.
• Pay:
  Weekly pay settlements every Friday.
