This Midwest dry van position keeps drivers within approximately 400 miles of home while running freight through Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Illinois. New CDL-A drivers who qualify can begin with paid training.

• Both day and night driving
• Weekend and holiday work when freight requires it

• $1,000-$1,500 average weekly earnings after training
• $40 short-haul pay for loads under 51 miles
• $25 short-haul pay on longer qualifying short loads

Paid training is approximately 3-5 weeks with 200-250 behind-the-wheel hours. Michigan trainee pay is $900 per week. Paid orientation is no more than two days; the $300 orientation payment is paid upon hire.

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school
• CDL-A trainees with less than 6 months of recent driving experience are welcome
• Solid employment history without major unemployment gaps
• Acceptable MVR and driving record required
• Must pass a DOT-compliant pre-employment drug test
• Must meet all applicable driver qualification and hiring requirements
• Must be available for day/night driving and weekend work when required
