Job Overview
Interior Specialties Group is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and execution of high-end architectural millwork and interior glazing projects. This full-time, onsite role plays a critical part in coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure exceptional project delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, technically savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven construction environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager with planning and executing the contracted scope of work for assigned projects.
- Develop and maintain Submittal, RFI, and Change Order Logs.
- Generate comprehensive submittal packages, including material samples and scope clarifications.
- Track and manage the shop drawing review process with designers and architects.
- Organize and document VIF (Verify in Field) dimensions and photos; distribute to appropriate parties.
- Help define project scopes, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Track project deliverables using project management tools.
- Support team communications and provide project status reports.
- Assist with procurement planning and supplier coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience, ideally in millwork or interior glazing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- OSHA 40 certification (required).
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
