Our client in the Specialised Insurance Services in Roodepoort is looking for Client Service Executive to provide a personalised and attentive service to our prospective new policyholders and brokers
Minimum requirements:

Completed degree, preferably BCom

Very strong academic results

Fluent in English and Afrikaans

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be proactive, with a positive and friendly attitude

Must be professional

Excellent interpersonal and administration skills

Exceptional client service

No relevant experience necessary

Build continuous relationships with clients in order to identify their needs

Be proactive in providing timely feedback to customers daily

Engage with clients on any questions they may have regarding the various products and services

Be diligent in updating the system and database with new information obtained from clients

Create and maintain client files

Take responsibility for the renewals of client policies

Client retention

Must be solution-orientated and provide resolution to clients in regard to any problems that may arise in relation to their short-term insurance policy
