Our client in Fourways Mall and Roodepoort Mall is looking to employ two pharmacists. You will be responsible for dispensing medications, ensuring their safe and effective use, and providing patient counseling.

Key duties include reviewing and filling prescriptions, checking for drug interactions and allergies, administering vaccinations, supervising pharmacy staff, collaborating with healthcare providers, conducting health screenings, and managing pharmacy inventory.

• Dispensing and medication management:
  Accurately measure, prepare, and distribute medications according to prescriptions.
• Patient counseling and education:
  Advise patients on how and when to take their medications, potential side effects, and other health topics such as nutrition or smoking cessation.
• Safety and quality control:
  Verify the correct dosage, check for dangerous drug interactions, and review patient information.
