Main responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive the growth of our hematology and oncology portfolio, identifying listing opportunities and optimizing product penetration at the territory level.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, clinical pharmacists, and other stakeholders to position Sanofi as a trusted partner in hematology and oncology care.
  • Lead pre-launch and post-launch activities including market mapping, customer education on disease areas such as multiple myeloma, and tactical plan execution aligned with local business strategy.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by delivering quality medical information, conducting regular customer visits, and implementing effective sales techniques.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence, monitor competitive dynamics, and identify growth opportunities to inform strategic decision-making across the hematology and oncology portfolio.
  • Ensure all business activities are carried out in full compliance with industry regulations, company ethics, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on forecasting, business planning, and territory management to ensure alignment with broader commercial objectives.
About you
  • Experience: 5 years of experience. Proven track record in specialty care sales, ideally within hematology, oncology, or a related therapeutic area, with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Soft and technical skills: Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen with the ability to develop territory strategies and make data-driven decisions. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills. Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain high performance in a dynamic environment. Accountable and solution-oriented with a patient- and customer-centric mindset.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic.
