About the Role:
The mission of the AI Product Manager – Chenosis is to shape, lead, and commercialise an AI‑powered website‑generation platform in a way that strengthens MTN’s strategic ambition to drive digital inclusion and position Africa as a global contributor in AI innovation.
This role aims to connect people, technology, and commercial outcomes, enabling MTN to build a world‑class AI product that accelerates growth, strengthens organisational capability, and delivers meaningful impact for customers and the continent.
You will- Define and own the product vision, roadmap and priorities for the AI website-generation platform.
- Ensure every feature has a clear commercial rationale: revenue growth, retention, or market differentiation.
- Own productisation of the platforms from concept to client consumption
- Identify and validate customer pain points through user research, data and market analysis.
- Translate customer needs into clear product requirements for engineering and design
- Run experiments, MVPs and pilots to validate commercial potential before full build
- Own pricing and packaging across free, paid and enterprise plans
- Build and manage commercial models and unit economics
- Design and optimise customer onboarding, support and retention flows
- Define and manage service levels and customer experience standards
- Work with marketing to design and launch acquisition campaigns
- Define positioning, value propositions and product messaging
- Provide input into sales funnels, trials, upgrades and retention strategies
Education:
- Minimum 3 Year Academic Degree in BSc. Computer Science, Any Engineering related field, BCom, Marketing or Business Science.
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager, Growth PM or Product lead on SaaS or AI Products.
- Have a good understanding of the commercial side of product management and AI.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and building things from zero.
You do not need to be an AI engineer, but you must be able to:
- Understand how AI models, APIs and data work
- Translate AI capabilities into real-world products
- Speak fluently with technical teams
- Highly collaborative, inclusive, and agile atmosphere in partnership with multi-functional teams.
- Ability to learn, grow, and evolve.
- Post-Graduate qualification
