About the Role:

Redial BPO is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment for employees and visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring office facilities, communal areas, and restrooms are always kept clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, and restrooms.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas.

• Replenish cleaning supplies and consumables as required.

• Empty waste bins and dispose of waste appropriately.

• Report maintenance issues and damaged equipment.

• Adhere to health and safety standards and company policies.

• Ensure all areas are presentable and ready for daily operations.

• Previous cleaning experience in an office, commercial, or corporate environment preferred.

• Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

• Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and health and safety procedures.
