QA Manager

Introduction

Well known industrial bakery that manufactures par baked and frozen products has a vacancy for a QA Manager who will ensure that the food safety system is aligned with regulations and is maintained and audit ready at all times. • Implementation and maintenance of a Food Safety Management System.
• Full understanding and experience of FSSC 22000 v5.1.
• Quality Assurance.
• Control on documents and records.
• Validate, verify and improve the food safety management system.
• Managing factory cleaners and associated staff.
• Experience and the understanding of new product development.
• Work closely with production management regarding implementation of food safety standards, and maintain the record keeping for audits.
• Understand legislation related to QA standards in South Africa.

• SANS 10330 - HACCP
• SANS 11049 - GMP's
